Within 18 months from the incorporation date.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Hold an AGM, submit the first Annual return and Audited account of the company to CCM<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For Existing company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1. Within 6 months from the financial year end.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Hold an AGM, submit the Annual return and Audited account of the company to CCM<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Tax Matters<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For Newly registered company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1. Within 3 months from the date of commencement of business. (Date of commencement is the date which you have start your business. It can be the date of your first invoice issued or received, date of the opening ceremony etc)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Open a company tax file with Malaysia Inland Revenue Submission of first CP204 (Tax estimation) -only applicable for company with paid-up capital more than RM2.5million<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">2. Within 18 months from date of incorporation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Submission of Tax return form (Form C and R)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For Existing company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">1.
