Hari ini <em>smartrich<\/em>\u00a0ingin kongsikan akan beberapa perkara tentang Syarikat Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd.)<\/p>\n<p>Ciri-Ciri untuk Syarikat Sendirian Berhad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dikawal dibawah Akta Syarikat 1965 (Sekarang Akta Syarikat 2016).<\/li>\n<li>Sekurang-kurangnya 2 orang Pengarah Syarikat diperlukan (Namun, sekarang 1 orang Pengarah dibenarkan).<\/li>\n<li>Dimiliki oleh pemegang saham 2 hingga ke 50 orang sahaja.<\/li>\n<li>Pengarah syarikat mempunyai liabiliti yang terhad.<\/li>\n<li>Pemegang saham yang mempunyai 51% atau lebih daripada jumlah saham syarikat berhak untuk mengawal syarikat tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Saham syarikat boleh dijual beli tetapi tidak boleh dijual di pasaran yang terbuka.<\/li>\n<li>Saham syarikat tidak boleh dipasarkan di Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur (BSKL).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk menubuhkan Syarikat Sendirian Berhad anda perlu ikut langkah seperti ini:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Setelah selesai, SSM akan mengeluarkan dokumen-dokumen penting menurut Akta Syarikat 2016 seperti Seksyen 14, Seksyen 15, Seksyen 17 dan Seksyen 58 yang menggantikan dokumen-dokumen seperti Borang 9, Borang 24, Borang 49 dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>6.
